01

Start your email with AI design

Describe the message and audience to create an editable email draft. Refine the design, subject line and content before approving it.

02

Plan the audience and timing

Filter CRM recipients, preview the audience, choose the sender and schedule the email within your configured sending capacity.

03

Learn from subject line tests

Use A/B testing for email subject lines and review campaign reporting to inform your next send. Results describe the observed response, rather than guaranteeing engagement.

Inside the workflow

Less between you
and the work that matters.

01

Design, review and schedule an email

Use AI email design to turn a brief into a draft or adapt a design already in the editor. Your branding, templates and audience filters stay in the same workflow. Review recipients, sender, subject and content before sending or scheduling. Subject line A/B tests and campaign reports help you compare responses, while configured email automations support recurring occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries and reviews.

02

Personalise SMS around the client journey

Configure SMS campaigns with editable message templates, personalisation fields, timing and audience rules. Use meeting reminders, weekly schedules or changes in advice stage to reach eligible clients through your connected phone. Required device automation must be set up and working. Review consent, honour opt outs and set appropriate frequency limits; delivery depends on the device, mobile service and applicable sending limits.

The detail matters

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Scope, setup and responsibility. Know where the boundaries are before you begin.

Does AI design and send a campaign by itself?

AI email design prepares an editable draft. You review it and choose whether to send or schedule it. Email and SMS automations you have separately configured can run on their own triggers, so check their audience, timing and message settings before enabling them.

What do we need before sending?

Email campaigns need configured email, marketing permissions and a valid audience. SMS campaigns require a connected phone and the relevant device automation setup. Your practice is responsible for consent, unsubscribe and opt out handling, accuracy, disclosures and appropriate sending frequency. Device, provider and sending limits still apply.

Does this include advertising management or guaranteed leads?

No. These tools support email design, subject line A/B testing, scheduling, reporting and configurable client communications using your CRM audience. Advertising management, purchased leads and guaranteed campaign outcomes are not included.
