Ledger Black’s role
Ledger Black supplies financial tools and software for advice businesses. This public website introduces areas of advice and provides a way to request a partner connection. It does not itself provide personalised financial advice or hold your investments.
Your adviser’s responsibilities
Before engaging a partner, ask for their financial advice disclosure. It should explain the advice business and relevant licence arrangements, the nature and scope of advice, providers considered, applicable fees and commissions, conflicts, complaints handling and dispute resolution.
Provider coverage and access
Provider names on this site reflect selected catalogue coverage, not a promise of whole-market advice. Adviser appointments, panels and product availability vary. Quotemonster integration is a quoting/research capability where enabled; it does not establish direct Ledger Black partnerships with all insurers.
Fees and referrals
Using the public calculators does not create an advice engagement. Any advice fees, commissions or referral arrangements must be explained by the relevant parties before you proceed.
Concerns and complaints
For website or platform concerns, contact hello@ledgerblack.co.nz. For advice-related concerns, contact the advice business that supplied the service and use the complaints and dispute-resolution process in its disclosure. Do not assume the platform and the advice provider share the same complaints scheme.
