The conversation becomes useful work

Be in the conversation. Keep what matters.

A client meeting should move the advice forward, not create an evening of reconstruction. Ledger Black connects video calling and recording with a dedicated transcription and meeting-intelligence workflow. Summaries, chapters, key moments and extracted client information give your team a practical starting point for the work that follows.

A MORE CONNECTED WAY OF WORKING

Less between you and the work.

Meet inside the client workflow

Bring video calls, screen sharing and meeting records into the same platform as the client, advice and outstanding tasks.

Find the moment that matters

Use transcripts, chapters and key moments to revisit the conversation rather than replaying an entire recording to find one detail.

Move from meeting to momentum

Turn the transcript into a meeting summary, reviewable fact-find updates and a prepared follow-up email linked to the client’s next steps.

A meeting workflow, not a loose recording

Video meetings sit alongside the client relationship, with screen sharing and recorded audio supporting the advice conversation. After transcription, dedicated processing corrects speech-recognition errors, organises chapters and identifies key moments. Supported recording uploads and manual transcripts can enter the post-transcription workflow too, bringing conversations into the record even when they happened outside the video room.

Put the conversation back to work

Meeting agents and post-transcription workflows extract structured fact-find information, create review records and add a summary to the client journal. The next steps feed a stage-aware follow-up draft and proposed actions, giving the adviser something concrete to work through. These are dedicated meeting capabilities, separate from Aria’s global Virtual Assistant and the client-scoped AI Assistant that help you work with the resulting record.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Know where
you stand.

Clear information makes for a better conversation. Here are some useful things to understand before you start.

Is Aria the meeting transcription agent?

No. Recording, speech-to-text and post-meeting processing use dedicated services and workflows. Aria is the global Virtual Assistant; the client-scoped AI Assistant has its own client context and permissions.

Are transcribed meetings end-to-end encrypted and processed only locally?

Do not assume either. Recording and transcription require server-side access to audio, and configured speech routes can use cloud providers and fallbacks. Confirm recording consent, access, retention and provider settings; universal end-to-end encryption is not a promise for this workflow.

Does every recording produce a complete, accurate fact-find?

No. Results depend on usable audio, transcript quality and what was actually discussed. Very short transcripts skip AI processing. Review extracted information and follow-up drafts before relying on them or sending them to a client.
